The Astor Street Opry Company

A 501-C3 performing arts organization, dedicated to creating a community-based organization that attempts to include all in our local theater culture, while at the same time, provide a safe and open environment for participants. Based in Astoria, Oregon since 1983, we are governed by a 13- member board of volunteer directors. Our financial support comes from ticket & event revenue, along with donations from local citizens and businesses.

Mission Our mission is to strengthen our community through cultural enrichment, supporting regional economic growth serving Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington, and functioning as a fiscally responsible Performing Arts organization through producing, educating, presenting and preserving our Community Theater Arts Culture.

*To Support: regional performing artists. *To Act as an Advocate: for the Performing Arts in our region. *To Provide: resources materials that benefits all in our performing arts community. *To Give Back: by supporting students & volunteers through educational scholarships for Performing.

SHANGHAIED IN ASTORIA
