Scott Cellars. Dine in our much talked about “Cellar Room” and enjoy your 5 course gourmet meal perfectly paired with the wines from J. Scott Cellars of Eugene, OR. We’ll be serving up some exceptional regional Northwest cuisine paired with these spectacular wines. This is one of Oregon’s most prominent wineries from the Eugene area producing high end red & white wines here in the Northwest. You’ll have the opportunity to try Viognier, Rousanne, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Syrah and Port. Visit with winery owner/winemaker, Jonathan Scott Oberlander during dinner and learn how these exceptional wines are made.
